The Integrated Program in Humane Studies (IPHS) at Kenyon College, a highly selective, nationally-ranked liberal arts college in central Ohio, invites applications for a two-year visiting assistant professor of humanities, beginning July 1, 2022. Candidates should have expertise in an interdisciplinary field of research and be prepared to teach both the first-year team-taught core curriculum and upper-division computational Digital Humanities courses. Collaboration in both teaching and research is highly valued, and expertise in mapping and/or social network modeling is especially welcome. Candidates should have a record of excellent teaching and a Ph.D. in hand or be near completion by the beginning of the appointment.
