Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Baseball Coach (Pitching Coach). This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits.
Under direction of the Head Baseball Coach, this position will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Baseball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. This position will work in conjunction with the Head Baseball Coach to fulfill the following responsibilities but not limited to: coaching student athletes, scouting opponents, and recruiting. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work to complement this process and would be heavily involved with the administration and organization of the pitching staff. Additional responsibilities will likely be assigned in realms pertaining to game management, facility overview, teaching, and/or administration.

- Bachelor’s degree and collegiate playing experience required.
- Demonstrated experience instructing on the rules and fundamentals of the sport.
- CPR, First Aid and AED Certification is required (can be completed after hire).
