Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Volleyball Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits.
The Head Women's Volleyball Coach will be responsible for directing a competitive NCAA D-III women’s volleyball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. As the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach, the successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of strong leadership in managing a highly competitive college women’s volleyball program: coaching, providing leadership for assistant coaches, scouting, recruiting, instructing, strength training & conditioning, arranging travel, managing budgets, tracking equipment and developing alumni contacts. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Five or more years of college coaching required, with experience at the Division III level preferred. CPR, First Aid and AED certification is required (and can be completed after hire).
