Kenyon College is hiring an Assistant Director in the Career Development Office. The successful candidate will offer career advising and programming to a diverse student population; conduct outreach and support to faculty, campus and external partners; and, in partnership with an Associate Director, provide oversight on experiential learning initiatives.
Assistant Softball Coach Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Softball Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Softball Coach, this coach will be responsible for assisting in all facets of the NCAA D-III Softball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Softball Coach contributes to success in the following areas: recruiting qualified student-athletes, ensuring a positive student-athlete experience, day-to-day operations, and successful and positive  coaching of the softball student-athletes. Head Coach of the Women’s Kenyon College Rugby Club Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Head Coach of the Women’s Kenyon College Rugby Club (KCRC). This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible position with a maximum of 200 working hours per year. The Head KCRC Coach will administer the program in accordance and compliance with National Collegiate Rugby, the Ohio River Valley Women’s Collegiate Rugby Conference, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Head KCRC Coach will be responsible for coaching club level college women and non-binary identifying athletes, instructing for safe technique, supervising athletes at practices and competitions, and ensuring safety at practices and competitions. Seasonal Grounds Person Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for qualified candidates to fill the positions of Seasonal Grounds Persons to maintain weeding, mulching, hand mowing and trimming of campus and a wide variety of tasks working independently or as a member of a group, to maintain college-owned property and campus grounds; present a hazard-free and overall clean and neat campus appearance. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. The hourly rate of pay is $12.00.
Part-time Custodian Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a part-time custodian to perform a wide variety of tasks working independently, or as a member of a group, to maintain college buildings and facilities free of hazards and presenting a clean and neat appearance. Work hours may range over all three shifts: 6 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11:30 pm and 10 pm-6:30 am. Rate of pay is $12.00/hr.
Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and serving as a core leader within the division, the Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology provides technical, data, and systems strategic and operational leadership in support of the Enrollment Division. This individual will ensure the high-quality execution of and leadership to technology supported business processes, data management, systems management, project management, reporting and analytics, and process design. This position will be supported by a Senior Business Application Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst and will be a thoughtful communicator on issues relevant to recruitment, admissions, financial aid and retention.  A wide range of audiences will benefit from this person’s ability to summarize data analysis results, statistical methods and implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related field or equivalent relevant experience; experience with Ellucian’s Banner ERP, writing data expressions; CRM systems (i.e Slate, FrontRush); familiar with Student Financial Aid systems, such as PowerFAIDs; knowledge of third-party application platforms (e.g. Coalition, Common App); relevant technology experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of systems, data analysis and/or higher education admissions operations.
