Assistant Field Hockey Coach Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Field Hockey Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Field Hockey Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Field Hockey program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Field Hockey Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, scouting opponents, and recruiting. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work to complement this process. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration. Development Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search to fill the position of Development Coordinator for the Development Department within the Advancement Division. The successful candidate for this position will join a supportive, high-performing team, with opportunities to meaningfully contribute to the successes of the Development Department. Due to the generosity of 18,000+ donors, Kenyon recently concluded the first phase of the record-breaking Our Path Forward Campaign, surpassing the $300M goal five months ahead of schedule. Kenyon Farm Manager Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search to fill the position of Kenyon Farm Manager. The Kenyon Farm focuses on experiential learning, sustainable food systems and food production. Our mission is to engage the Kenyon community in a small-scale farming operation in the context of a liberal arts education and to support the academic values of Kenyon College. The Kenyon Farm Manager/Instructor organizes and directs activities at the ten-acre Kenyon Farm. They support programs focused on sustainable farming practices, food equity, the environmental humanities, and student-faculty projects. The Farm Manager/Instructor is the administrative leader responsible for the Farm’s operations including planning, cultivation, developing community partnerships, and supporting and facilitating research projects. They also support the Environmental Studies program directly by teaching at least two courses related to agriculture per year and advising and supporting faculty who integrate KF into their courses

Associate Director for Health Promotion Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Associate Director for Health Promotion. The Associate Director for Health Promotion will support Kenyon College students' success by coordinating prevention focused education and developing health & wellness programs that build life skills. Health promotion can expand protective factors for students while strengthening campus infrastructure. Institutional safety is increased by the implementation of prevention programming and campus population-level interventions. The work of the health promotion will deepen/broaden the Cox Center's efforts to empower students to best manage their own health in preparation for life after Kenyon, and will advance the College's strategic focus on prioritizing wellness across the Kenyon community. Health promotion initiatives will seek to partner with and be supported by various campus departments and offices. Athletics Communications Part-Time Assistant Gambier, OH
Reporting to the Director of Athletics Communications, the Athletics Communications Part-Time Assistant is responsible for promoting the College’s twenty-two athletics programs through written, verbal and electronic communications. Primary duties include game coverage, which entails providing an online audience with live in-game statistics and live video streams. Following games, the Part-Time Assistant will be responsible for posting statistics and relaying them to appropriate outlets. Writing game recaps, as well as providing social media updates are a part of postgame duties. Other duties may be added with the inclusion of new technologies and expectations within the field. This is a part-time, 10-month position without benefits. Compensation is $1,000 per month. The Athletics Communications Part-Time Assistant will be expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week. Work will be assigned between the hours of 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. on random weekdays. Nearly every Saturday, and occasionally Sunday, work will be assigned, according to the home schedules of our athletics teams. On very rare occasions, the Part-Time Assistant may be asked to travel to cover Kenyon’s teams. Required skills - Strong writer with editorial capabilities - Knowledge of video streaming software and relevant digital streaming equipment - Experienced with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop - Fluency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Twitter and Facebook - Thorough understanding of NCAA scorekeeping and statistical guidelines for a variety of sports - Experience with Stat Crew and NCAA Live Stats software - Ability to supervise a small staff of student workers Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree in a related field is not required, but preferred.
Assistant/Associate Director of Housing and Operations Gambier, OH

Construction Project Manager Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Construction Project Manager. Reporting to the Director of Project Planning and Management (DPPM), the Construction Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling capital planning, new construction and major renovation projects.  They will be responsible for managing project budgets, project estimating; supervision of general contractors and construction management firms, coordinating project bid processes, and long-range facilities development plans.  Normal work week is 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Flexible scheduling and work during non-traditional hours are expected in the normal course of business for this position as needed to ensure effective project delivery. Minimum Qualifications - B.S. in Engineering, Project or Construction Management with three (3) years of related work experience OR, - Any combination of education or related training with six (6) years of work experience in construction administration, project planning, or project management. - Must have excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of software related to design and construction industry. - Strong leadership and supervision skills. - Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and complete Kenyon College Driver Training. - Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of a due diligence background check.

Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology Gambier, OH

Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and serving as a core leader within the division, the Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology provides technical, data, and systems strategic and operational leadership in support of the Enrollment Division. This individual will ensure the high-quality execution of and leadership to technology supported business processes, data management, systems management, project management, reporting and analytics, and process design. This position will be supported by a Senior Business Application Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst and will be a thoughtful communicator on issues relevant to recruitment, admissions, financial aid and retention.  A wide range of audiences will benefit from this person’s ability to summarize data analysis results, statistical methods and implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related field or equivalent relevant experience; experience with Ellucian’s Banner ERP, writing data expressions; CRM systems (i.e Slate, FrontRush); familiar with Student Financial Aid systems, such as PowerFAIDs; knowledge of third-party application platforms (e.g. Coalition, Common App); relevant technology experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of systems, data analysis and/or higher education admissions operations.
