Disability Services Advisor/ Assistive Technology Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search to fill the position of Disability Services Advisor/ Assistive Technology Coordinator. The Disability Services Advisor/ Assistive Technology Coordinator supports the integration of students with disabilities into Kenyon Campus life and classes through direct student services, coordination of student technology accommodations, and fostering equal access to the Kenyon experience through advocacy, inclusionary practices, and campus partnerships.   Duties and Responsibilities: Working collaboratively as part of the 4-person team in Student Accessibility and Support Services, the Disability Services Advisor /Assistive Technology Coordinator works directly with prospective and currently enrolled students by (including but not limited to) conducting intakes, reviewing documentation, explaining student legal rights and responsibilities and recommending/facilitating accommodations while striving to promote the development of appropriate self-advocacy skills.  This position works to foster and maintain communication between faculty, staff, and students with disabilities on access and accommodation issues and provides ongoing consultation and problem-solving around the provision of authorized services and accommodations while maintaining confidentiality as required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
Assistant Director of Student Engagement Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Director of Student Engagement. In cooperation with other Student Affairs staff members, the Assistant Director of Student Engagement provides guidance and support to highly student organizations. In particular, the Assistant Director will support affinity-based organizations that enhance a sense of belonging for underrepresented students on Kenyon’s campus. This is an eleven (11) month position, and includes regular evening and weekend responsibilities. The scope of the Assistant Director’s responsibilities typically includes: Campus programming board WKCO 91.1 FM student-managed radio station The Horn Gallery live music and art venue Horn Gallery Sound Technician and General Sound Technician student worker program Senior class committee Affinity collective General student organization support Co-supervision of student intern staff Qualifications: Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or a related field. Two to four years of graduate or professional experience in higher education required. Experience working with student activities, especially student programming boards and performance venues and radio stations, is preferred. Committed to and familiar with the values and needs of a small, private, residential liberal arts college. Demonstrated cultural competency and commitment to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an understanding of the unique intersections of identity and the student experience. Strong sense of organizational and administrative skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated interest in working with and mentoring college students.
Enrollment Coordinator: Catalyst Programs Gambier, OH
Kenyon invites applications for an Enrollment Coordinator for Kenyon’s premier diversity and access programs:  Kenyon Academic Partnership (KAP), Camp IV, Kenyon Educational Enrichment Program (KEEP) and STEM. This is a 12-month, full-time, exempt position in Kenyon’s Enrollment Division with occasional opportunity to work remotely.  At Kenyon, we believe equitable access to opportunity is essential to fostering a community in which every person has a sense of full belonging and the tools to reach their full potential. Our ensemble of programs, therefore, is focused on the recruitment, retention and long-term success of underrepresented students. The Enrollment Coordinator provides support to high school students at various stages of the enrollment funnel for these important programs:  inquirer, applicant, admitted and enrolling student.  This individual will partner closely with staff in the College’s Admissions Office on recruitment outreach, which includes digital and print communications, campus visits and events, and partnerships with high school counselors, teachers and Community Based Organizations.  The Enrollment Coordinator will also support the selection and enrollment processes.  For all four programs, partnership with faculty and staff directors along with colleagues in the Admissions and Financial Aid Offices is essential. 
Assistant Director of Residential Life Gambier, OH

Assistant Women's Basketball Coach Gambier, OH

Under general direction of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Women’s Basketball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. Assistant Athletic Trainer Gambier, OH

The Assistant Athletic Trainer will be responsible for assisting the Head Athletic Trainer with providing prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries to 22 Division III intercollegiate athletics teams. Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and serving as a core leader within the division, the Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology provides technical, data, and systems strategic and operational leadership in support of the Enrollment Division. This individual will ensure the high-quality execution of and leadership to technology supported business processes, data management, systems management, project management, reporting and analytics, and process design. This position will be supported by a Senior Business Application Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst and will be a thoughtful communicator on issues relevant to recruitment, admissions, financial aid and retention.  A wide range of audiences will benefit from this person’s ability to summarize data analysis results, statistical methods and implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related field or equivalent relevant experience; experience with Ellucian’s Banner ERP, writing data expressions; CRM systems (i.e Slate, FrontRush); familiar with Student Financial Aid systems, such as PowerFAIDs; knowledge of third-party application platforms (e.g. Coalition, Common App); relevant technology experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of systems, data analysis and/or higher education admissions operations.
